Reliability issue of the translation process

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to translate a text in unknown language to English -
"Hospital-Quirón, Universidad Europea de Madrid"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected:
Hospital-Chiron, European University of Madrid 
Seen:
Hospital-Chiron, Universidad Europea de Madrid

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
This leads me to ask if there are any numbers on reliability of the
software like - accuracy or f-measure. Are there any publications related
to this software?

I'm afraid this project is just for a Java API to access Google Translate, it is
separate from the Google Translate project itself and can only return the 
results
Google Translate provides.

I'd suggest the Google AJAX APIs group might be able to answer your question or 
point
you in a more appropriate direction:
