#3 Enhanced Contact Page ,dark mode and animations #1202

Merge this PR after PR no. #1201

All Enhancements mentioned related contact page in the issue were made: Issue no. [#1168 ] Contact Page:

  1. Can make Contact Form more attractive & improve its layout
  2. Add Footer which is missing

Additional changes:

  1. Made dark mode work properly and themed about page accordingly
  2. Added animations to contact page
  3. **Added naruto kakashi images on contact page to look attractive

I hope these changes will be considered for some Good points. I will be happy if you do so i loved contributing to your project . Also consider issue raising points.
