unrooted phone after #4

If they unload the phone after they use is the normal imei gonna come back? or new ones will be set?

HELLO; Because taxes are high in Turkey, people buy phones from abroad tax-free. For this reason, the state blocks the IMEI of the devices. Can we bypass the blocking if we write down the IMEI numbers of these old legal devices?

I've been testing IMEI masking for a few weeks and it works halfway. I can make the Android system and network see another valid IMEI, but it only works on 4G LTE networks. and calls can only be made with volte . If the phone switches to a 3G or 2G network it automatically sees the original IMEI and locks itself. Android 13 with Motorola G72

In my case I gave up, the solution is not useful for daily use since if you travel around the city at some point you will switch to a 3G network and it will be blocked again. To unlock it again you have to delete data from the modem and call applications and wait 24 hours for the antennas to forget your last login.
