Entering new IMEI doesn't save #9

I have got all of the prerequisites installed and working, and now my IMEI even reports as being the default values the app assigns (123456789-etc). However when I manually enter in my legit imei, and hit save then reboot.....The IMEI is still reported as the default value. Is there anyway I can get it to accept my entered value?
