OK, but the mouseover for the Pan icon should also mention "(p,Ctrl+Shift+P)" else users could go through life only finding out years later how much easier life could have been. Currently it only mentions "Pan Tool".

In the menus we can see that "Show side panel" has a shortcut "F9".
But when we put our mouse over the "Show side panel" icon in the toolbar, all the mouseover says is "Show side panel", no "F9", or "(F9)".
Therefore please be sure all icons' mouseover messages mention their keyboard shortcuts!
Same for the other icons.
Yes, even if the whole list is in .config/viking/keys.rc .
