add cluster frames #135

also raises target frame slightly to the same level as new player frame position.

Possible to turn it off? Might be handy to set as a setting as perhaps not all want to see it? (just a thought/suggestion)

Just a minor alignment, then it should be good. Remember to do a pull too, as I'm merging something else in unitframes now. :)
