In MSIE 11 insertHTML is not supported #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Insert image in the text area

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An image in the text. Nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
63, Microsoft Windows 7 and IE 11

Please provide any additional information below.
I read that "inserthtml" command is not supported with the new version of 
Internet Explorer.
The command oW.document.execCommand(c,false,o) inside function xC always return 
false.
