1. Fixed. Will be available in next version.
2. Can you describe more detailed? I do not understand what is "cover or
non-cover".

Hi.
Concerning 2., i feel also concerned. In my opinion, "two-mode + cover" means
"always odd pages right side and even pages left". This is the best layout,
similar to the layout of books. According to this terminology, the ordinary
layout (pages "on the go") is "two-mode, no cover".

yes. some documents have a cover. in these cases, first page is only cover page
on twin pages mode. It's good! this is cover mode of twin pages.
but some documents don't have a cover. in these cases, first page is two
pages(page 1 and page 2). this is non-cover mode of twin pages.
thank you!

why is this mode necessary? because some of pictures or digrams ranges 2 pages.
if we can select cover or non-cover, we can see that picture in one time.
thank you!

Absolutely correct. Another typical and necessary use of this "cover" two-page
mode : 4-hand piano. The left-hand side page is read by the "low" player, the
right one by the "high" player, and, of course, they must read (and play)
simultaneously !!!
