As a user of Hypersign Wallet I need to create an account on Aeternity blockchain

For this feature we need to integrate a library called wallet core

Task

[ ] Include wallet core on MainActivity (or anywhere if your structure improves the code)
[ ] Create sample code to generate an account in Aeternity using wallet core lib
