Make npm pkg #1

couldn't get the npm package fortune, went with fortune-css instead. did some tests with publishing compiled css vs straight, but ran into issues when trying to import it from a quick create-react-app. screenshot below of it working 🔮

gave you write access to the npm package. will share tomorrow how to publish new versions yourself

How exciting, fortune-css pkg it is. Think touched on it but I hadn't made any decisions on whether to include the dist folder & then what kind of files we want to build…eg cssvars, vanilla, prefixed.
