This code is saved in .json (JavaScript Oriented Notion) format.
The code states that the audio file is of FLAC encoding format and sample rate is 16000Hz and is in English (US) language.
Also the address of the audio file is mentioned (gs://cloud-samples-tests/speech/brooklyn.flac').
