Add red markings to GMeter #129

Should we use 6.5/-4.0 (values for below Vmo) or 5.3/-3.0 (values for above Vmo)?

Looking at photos on google, red markings seem to be placed at 6.5/-4.0 (see https://c1.staticflickr.com/7/6220/6261110754_2f2f1211ee_b.jpg), according to the POH (http://www.luftsportverein-dinslaken.de/ASK21_Flughandbuch.pdf, page 10) there should be yellow arcs from 5.3-6.5/-3.0--4.0 and red lines at 6.5/-4.0

As the factory ASK21 (https://www.alexander-schleicher.de/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/21-Cockpit-002.jpg) and also this one: http://soargbsc.com/members/manuals/ASK-21%20%20421GB%20Front%202016-09-21.JPG have the yellow markings, I'll add them, hope that's ok
