ScrollPanel problem #271

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the MGWT show case page 
http://mobilegwt.appspot.com/showcase/#ElementsPlace: from iPhone
2. Put cursor on number keyboard
3. I'm not be able to scroll to all the way up if the key pad is shown.
And also the header panel is disappeared.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MGWT 1.1.2 on any ios version 5.0 5.1 and 6.0. 

Please provide any additional information below.
The point of the ScrollPanel is to resolve the lack of position fixed on older 
iOS platforms. So because of this bug it seems like as if this workaround and 
the whole purpose of the ScrollPanel is in vain.
We have been working on this issue for days if not weeks trying to release our 
app which is held up by this problem.
