[Firefox] MTextArea can not selectAll or even select Text #289

When entering text in a text area, It is impossible to select part of (or the 
whole) text.

Steps to reproduce:

1. From Firefox, go to http://mobilegwt.appspot.com/showcase/
2. UI -> Elements
3. Type in several lines of text
4. Try to select the typed text

Expected: It should be possible to select the text

Desktop firefox is no target for mgwt
