Add Windows Phone 8 Support #319

Add proper support for Windows Phone 8 and IE10 where MSPointer events are 
simulated as MGWT touch events.

The work has been done and a pull request has been issued.

Just creating this issue so any progress can be tracked.

The latest showcase has been tested against GWT 2.6 RC3 and this MGWT 
enhancement and works well in IE10 desktop as well as IE mobile on Windows 
phone 8
