iPad iOS7 Orientation Landscape - Body-Height wrong (mgwt2) #337

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Go on online-showcase: http://mobilegwt.appspot.com/showcase/#ButtonBarPlace:

You can see on iPad that the Landscape mode does not show the full (100% of) 
buttonbar.
See also the screenshot in attachment (ipad mini2)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iOS7.1.1
ipad mini retina

This should now be fixed in master (and deployed to the showcase). Can you 
confirm?

After a retest (today) - I assume that the current online-showcase is on 
current master - it seems not to be fixed. I get the same output as in the 
screenshot above.
