Allow user to enter telemetry data manually #13

As a user I want to be able to enter telemetry data for my zones manually.

Criteria:

All telemetry data should be optional, the user should decide what data they want to record for each zone. (could work well with icons)
Should allow entering the following data
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Ideal Temperature
- Ideal humidity
I should be allowed decide when the data was recording, but this defaults to the current date / time
