Option to generate character list and scene headings list? #42

My sound designer has asked that we include near the top of the script a list of characters, and a list of location settings (scene headings).

I'm doing this manually now but wonder if it would be useful to others to include an option to do this programmatically?

I know this is an old post, but I had the same issue. I made a small node script to extract characters into a separate markdown file. It's not super fault tolerant, but others may be able to adapt it to their needs, barring something like it being included in screenplain itself.
