No Speech #91

Hi I have installed the plugin, added the cordova.js and the tts.js files and the code in the example but i get nothing, no errors and no sound.

I have rebuilt the project several times, but still i get nothing. I am asusming i have missed something but i don't know what. The .java file in the scr folder, does the whole folder just go in the root directory along side the plugin and platform folders?
