When moving object, snap it to area bounds, area centers or other element bounds/center. If CTRL is press - ignore.

Also:

[x] ability to disable it in user settings?
[x] bug: resizing object should not draw guide lines, unless snap is supported on resize too.
[x] feature: snap on draw, for example draw 2 rectangles and try to connect line between these rectangles.

Snap should work nicely now.
