This merge changes the GUI of the editor towards the mockup given to us. The main 2 pieces missing are as follows:
The top toolbar does not default to hidden
The left toolbar is missing tool icons.
Tool icons, once completed, should be put into miniPaint\images\icons[toolname].svg to be automatically incorporated. Tools needing icons are file_import (importing a local file), mask (clipping mask), rotate (rotation dialogue), shadow_a and shadow_b (two shadow presets), borders (a border preset), undo, and redo.
