Won't compile in latest Kubuntu without include(CheckCXXCompilerFlag) #24

Using KDE4.5, qt 4.7 beta2 from kubuntu backports.
Had to add "include(CheckCXXCompilerFlag)" in CMakeLists.txt in order to 
compile.

I'm not sure if this a bug of the beta or a feature, so I'm reporting just in 
case.
