[enhancement] easier update trust UI options

Lots of ways to approach this, but every month I look back on the people I trust (I guess now that would be at https://villages.io/trust/ ), and increase/decrease trust for everyone as I see fit. Now there is...no easy way of doing that. I go to https://villages.io/trust/#

there is no way to click on anyone's profile to set it manually
there is no way to just increase/decrease trust from that page

This means that I'll have to search for every single person on my list, individually, and then increase their trust.

There's got to be a better way of doing this, though I can think of reasons why each individual way of doing this might be flawed. What do you think?

I agree.. we should have trust modal on the trust page..

When an existing trustline is selected from the list, edit trust info without a page refresh.
