Map page initialization

The landing page for the map should default to the following view:

• [ ] default view with list of islands on the left. A user can click to select an island
• [ ] Bounding Box set to Venice
• [ ] Load the time slider by default
• [ ] Set time slider to 2024? ( @ludovicagaleazzo please provide feedback)
• [ ] Ensure features are initialized properly (requires features to be linked to built works) see #176, #93
