We think that the google maps approach of having data about a selected feature on the left of the screen is desirable. From here we can load all relevant data about that specific feature.
This seems to be a better option than a popup hovering box once you click as you can see much more data and explore properly. Having the entity show on the right in the navigator places this data too much to the right. We can also think about removing the entities list in the navigator as we are not convinced about their usefulness and about how users should interact with this data.
