Description of the problem:
There is some information in the "Getting Started" section of readthedocs that attempts to describe what ROOT versions and operating systems are supported. However, it is (1) out-of-date and (2) not clear what combinations are tested. Adding a table, either to this page or on a new page, would allow us to:
Make it clear what combinations are being tested.
More easily keep the testing information up-to-date.
Specify that some versions are deprecated, in the case that they were previously tested but are no longer supported.
Specify the last version of nrCascadeSim that was tested on this combination.
