missing tooltips #9

On Version 1.1.4 there are a bunch of buttons along the left side of the
window but I have no idea what they do, I hover and expect tooltips to tell
me what they are.  Now I had to go to the menu and press Rip, then the
gears icon changed to a No icon, so I guess gears is rip?  It's a mess, guys.

it does show the tooltip when you roll over and hover.
i have no problem with that. i also use XSR 1.1.4, in my case on OSX 10.4.11
