Definitely would like to see models done, but apparently Jagex uses an in-house format.

I've figured out some of the NXT model format. Enough to export the basic shape to obj. https://gist.github.com/windwakr/c1b2a455bce93053117f765277ab63a9

Edit: found the texture UVs, too. Untitled Edit: Now also normals and face colors.
