This issue covers the first pass on documentation for WITCH scripting.

This should:

be aimed at people who have never programmed before
be aimed at people who aren't experts at text interfaces
cover all the functions available from a WITCH handler
cover all of the macros (hears, has, every, etc)
cover common errors / pitfalls
cover the commands for getting into the witch editor
talk about ways to share your witch code
