Added 2 options to customize seciton c of the statusline. #143

  1. Configure 'g:solarized_flood_nv_mode_style' to customize the font style.
  2. Configure 'g:solarized_flood_dam' to customize the highlighting.

Both are documented in airline-themes.txt.

why was this closed?

After I use the new option 'g:solarized_flood_dam' for a while , I found that the read readonly indicator is indistinguishable with the current color settings. I consider it bad, so I would not like to make this pull request for now.
