add nord theme #209

Add nord theme (copied from https://github.com/arcticicestudio/nord-vim/blob/aa1470403a300a7d5088057d970c13d4388eb13e/autoload/airline/themes/nord.vim) to make life easier for people who don't use vim plugin managers.

Ahh, nevermind. This is dependent on a variable from the nord colorscheme and doesn't work standalone... Closing.
