pandocEmDash will not work in pandocDefinitionBlockTerm #108

When I using emDash in definition lists, I found out the render will not work in definition lists region.

I fixed this upstream at https://github.com/vim-pandoc/vim-pandoc-syntax/commit/cf36f412e5f29ada28eba3321f66cd7ff3840d5c. It should land in vim-pandoc sometime in the future, but it's recommended to switch to vim-pandoc-syntax + vim-pantondoc.
