Pandoc Menu #25

Eventually, it would be nice to offer a menu that allows access to all the commands defined via PandocRegisterExecutor, as well as commands to toggle the various settings, set variables like pandoc_bibfiles, etc.

The main value in this is not that people will use the menu (does anyone use these menus on vim?) but that it would provide a quick and easy way to learn what the plugin can do.

Just pushed a commit puts all the named commands in pandoc_executors into a Pandoc.Executors menu.

We probably want to make this something the user can toggle on or off.
