Raw tex support #60

The manual says the following. But vim-pandoc does not support them yet. Should this feature be added to vim-pandoc?

       In addition to raw HTML, pandoc allows raw LaTeX, TeX, and ConTeXt to be included in a document.  Inline TeX commands will be  preserved  and  passed
       unchanged to the LaTeX and ConTeXt writers.  Thus, for example, you can use LaTeX to include BibTeX citations:

Mixing syntaxes for highlighting in vim is just awful. The syntax file needs a lot of love.
