Toggle pandoc/tex syntax highlighting manually by s. This is useful for documents with mixed pandoc and tex, especially when there are large blocks of non-trivial tex code. The ideal is of course joint mixed highlighting of both languages, but that has proven painful and is imperfect at best.

Although manual, this is convenient enough and eases some of the pain of issues #48 and #60
