Pretty much the same story as we just went through on vim-pandoc but with a lot less code to scrub through fixing warnings.

@fmoralesc I don't have any settings access to this repository either, so same story on enabling GitHub Actions. You might preemptively enable it on the other (non deprecated) repos in this org as well, I'll be coming for them eventually.

Also eventually I'm going to want to fiddle with making this a required check for PRs...as time permits. I also have some code (already setup on tagbar) that actually tests loading the plugin into VIM/Neovim. I'll adapt that for these plugins eventually too as another job.

I think Actions are enabled for this repo as well :thinking: If I understand it correctly, Actions was enabled for the whole org. Indeed, it seems as if github is already applying the linter here in this PR?
