Spelling in pandocDefinitionBlock not enabled #356

The spelling in a pandocDefinitionBlock is not enabled. I managed to enable it by adding the @Spell cluster to its contains list.

By the way the @NoSpell cluster for the pandocAmpersandEscape lacks the leading @.

Dear Caleb, I'd rather refrain from a PR and ask you to the change on your behalf because you better know the overall structure of the plugin code. But thank you for considering this anyhow!

Sure no problem. I checked it out and confirmed both issues you mention. I also enabled @Spell in pandocDefinitionBlockTerm where it was also missing. If you get a chance you can review in #357, but no big deal if you don't get to it. If nobody starts waving their hands in alarm I'll merge in a day or two.
