Refactor the status bar with CSS #6

身為一位 vim 使用者，我想要參照 Emacs Taiwan 那般用 CSS 來刻底下的狀態列（status bar），這樣當畫面放大縮小時畫面才不會怪怪的。

先用 1,1 All 和置右對齊處理，至於更進階的改寫，就等日後出關再來說吧！
