Hi, thanks for contributing.

I think this solution will not highlight "troll" chars in the following scenario:

start "empty" vim (no argument for $ vim command)
enter insert mode and copy-paste the following chars !！ǃⵑ︕﹗ in vim. Most of those chars are "troll" chars.

If I do that, troll chars are unfortunately not highlighted. Can you confirm you see the same thing?
