Wrong output for names with "/" character #1

Adding categories with "/" character such as lunch/dinner will result in the removal of "/" character making it inconvenient for the commands being used later

lunch/dinner outputs as LUNCHDINNER

Could consider banning the "/" outright if it gives problems in output
