List command introduced before the Delete command. #10

Delete command requires the user to know how to get the index of expense which is only gone through in List Command. New user when they read the UG and try out the app will be confused on the delete command as they would not know how to get the index of expense until they read further.

Team's Response

reassigned severity to Low rather than severity high. This is due to the list command being right below the delete command. Moreover, the UG has an overview section which gives the user a rough sense of where each feature is at. Also the UG is meant not to be looked at at an individual section level and the user is meant to refer to various parts of the UG to discover application functionality
