unable to add expense into previously inputted category lunch/dinner. only worked when adding to lunchdinner

As per #1885, the category was not added properly ie) with the backslash character. As such the category "lunch\dinner" does not exist and the application works as intended and do not allow the adding of expenses with a non-existent category
