Fixed iCal generator because of jekyll update. #23

No ical was created since may.

the sitemap plugin is also affected but I suggest replacing it with a gem like https://github.com/jekyll/jekyll-sitemap

Thanks for the fix. Jekyll-archive looks promising, I will try that out.
