correct names of speakers by swapping them #5

It was bound to happen. Two speakers of almost identical name. They just had to be mixed up.

But credit where credit is due, @matthias-guenther did an awesome first talk. Therefore I swapped our names :)

Saw it yesterday and you were so kindly to create a pull-request for this issue. By the way, @kronn ad-hoc talk was awesome too - learned much about the Rails plugin.
