Configuration error when anthracite_host is empty

Config templates said about anthrazit host "leave host empty to disable", but on startup error is logged:

Configuration errors (/etc/graphexplorer/config.cfg): anthracite_host Field must be a string

Used version: 1.95 via pip install

hey, this should be fixed in 2.0 but i hadn't pushed 2.0 to pypi yet. now it's on pypi, so upgrading should work.
