Updated the composer dependencies to support Laravel 5.6

@erunion hey there, the PR was open on my screen for a long time while I was testing it, and after submitting it I saw now that you did already did an upgrade. Anyway, apart from my php version that is not touched, can you maybe still have a look at the PR's dependencies versions and let me know what you think of this way of configuring the dependencies?

@slakbal I kind of wish we had the dependency upgrade that way instead of moving up to 5.0.0, but ah well. Thanks anyways!
