What: Removing the video playback since we now have a vimeo-threejs-player which is more robust and documented

[x] Removing video playback and API functionality from this repository
[x] Changing examples to reflect usage of depth player with the new three.js player
[x] Updating README to reflect the changes (and look more like the three.js player)
[x] Updating Glitch examples
