It is a very bad idea to use automatic CamelCase links, and most wikis realized
that a long time ago... It is a disservice to new users that this is the
default setting in vimwiki. These "automatic links" should be left as an option
for those who are willing to get into all sorts of issues...
But one has to agree that a sudden change of the definition of "camel case" is
not a nice thing for people who have already been using the wiki for a while.
A simple, but not completely satisfactory mitigation: to figure out and
document a grep expression that will attempt to find the "links" that used to
be links and are no longer links in the new version. Of course, this can find
all kinds of false positives in quoted code and probably some other places...
And it would be insane to try to do any batch modification, it is better just
as a tool to help people modify their wikis themselves (I do not know if the
rename function will work on that kind of links, though, so it may be a bit of
work...).
