== `[[Links|In Code-blocks]]` Are Concealed But Not Highlighted ==

Is this intentional?

At least one external converter highlights back-tick code-blocks in headers ...

I can not remember if it is/was intentional.

If it is easy fix then we should make it till 2.0 release otherwise, let's wait 
till 2.0. (I think after a couple of weeks we should make a release)
