Unable to visually select folded headers #318

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Fold the following wiki:
= Header1 = 
    * item1 
    * item2 

= Header2 =

with zm.
Place cursor on the first line and visually select a line with 'V'.
Press 'j' to select secont header.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
E315: ml_get: wrong value lnum: 7
E315: ml_get: wrong value lnum: 7

and yes, the problem occurs only for
let g:vimwiki_fold_lists = 1
